PINK PITAYA PORRIDGE
- Ingredients1 sachet of Pink Pitaya
Porridge or oats (amount depends on serve size)
Almond Milk/Coconut Milk/Rice MilkDirections ( stove top )
Tip: oats will soak up a lot of the milk as they heat so a little more milk than oats though you can also add as you go to keep to desired texture.
- Add desired amount of oats/porridge to pot
- Add milk of choice to fill
ToppingsAdd sliced banana and strawberries
- Add 1 sachet of Pink Pitaya
- Place on medium heat and stir until Porridge is at desired texture and heat.
- Add chia seeds to pot whilst stiring to add texture.
- Place in bowl and add toppings
Shredded coconut and goji berries
Almonds for added texture.
A drizzle of honey and enjoy!
