Curcumin Banana Smoothie

  • 1 Tsbp Organic Curcumin Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 3 Cups of Cold Water

Stir in Maple Syrup and Lemon Juice & Water then add Curcumin last and stir vigorously and serve with ice.


Curcumin Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 Tbsp Organic Curcumin Powder
  • 1 Cup Hot Vanilla Almond OR Nut Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 Tsp Honey

Add all then blend for 10 seconds to froth.


Curcumin Berry Smoothie

  • 1/2 Tsp Organic Curcumin Powder
  • 2-3 Frozen Bananas
  • 3 Tbs Cacao Powder
  • Splash of milk
  • Top with Berries and Coconut Flakes
